How Long Is Shipping?

Please allow 24-48 hours to completely process your order. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following business day. Allow 5-7 business days for shipping. For orders placed for Raw hair please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. Please plan and order accordingly. Shipping may be delayed during holidays.

How does the “Pick-Up” option work?

When selecting pickup means you are local or have an hair appointment with Keyona. Please inquire about the availability of items prior to ordering. Items may not be available for pickup. If your selected items are not available it will be pre-ordered. Please refer to the “How long is shipping” question for estimated delivery times. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Can this hair be dyed?

Yes it can by dyed! Please understand that you are chemically changing the hair and if not done correctly you can damage the hair. Shampoo and Condition with sulfate free shampoo and a moisturizing conditioner.

Does this hair shed?

With proper maintenance there will be minimum to no shedding. Brushing and combing with a wide tooth comb or paddled brush from ends to weft prevents excessive shedding.

How long does this hair lasts?

12+ months with proper care. Please detangle before shampooing, air dry is recommended, blow dry using heat protectant.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Exchanges are allowed up to 48hrs after receiving your item. Items must be in its original form for valid exchange.
