Pricing

Prices listed on the website at the time of check out is the only price that can and will be honored. Prices may be subject to change. Once an order is placed, you will not be able to redeem the sale price of any sale(s) announced AFTER you've made your purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to pending orders or orders that have already been shipped. 

Return Policy

No refunds will be permitted! Please be sure your order is correct. In the event you need your order before the listed shipping times please inquire on hand availability. Orders cannot be cancelled or returned after order is placed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 

If you choose to dye your hair, chemically you are changing the hair and can risk the quality if not done correctly. Queen Me is not responsible for any damages.  

Shipping Information

Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. Shipping will be 5-7 business days after your order is processed. Shipping may be delayed during holidays

Please be sure to cross-check the address information on your order. If the information is incorrect, it may cause delays. Make sure you include ALL information needed to deliver your package (correct address, apt number, etc.). Your order will be shipped to the address provided.

If an address is not correct and needs to be updated AFTER your order has been shipped, you will be responsible for ALL FEES incurred to correct the issue. This includes reshipping.

Pick Up Information 

Pick up is for customers that are local. Please inquire availability prior to placing your order, some items may not be available for pickup. Once your order is ready you have 48 hours to pickup your order.
